PRENT MANUFACTURING
Prent's custom computer controlled thermoformers are networked to the Production Control and Quality Assurance Departments for computerized order tracking, forecasting, scheduling, maintenance, and statistical process control.

Production parameters are monitored on CRT displays on each thermoforming machine, utilizing real time SPC, providing "X-bar" and "R" charts for temperatures, pressures, cycle times, and other process controls. Prent monitors process parameters to maintain a 1.0-1.33 CpK. This assures that Prent's quality is part of the manufacturing process.
