Prent's Tooling Engineers are skilled mold makers flexible enough to handle design changes while tooling is being produced. Associativity between tool design and manufacturing is accomplished using integrated CAD/CAM solutions from Unigraphics and SolidWorks. Concurrent engineering has become a collaborative effort. Any changes in design result in an immediate change to all corresponding tool paths enabling efficient and accurate manufacturing of tooling.

Prent engineers and builds its own thermoforming equipment and secondary machinery unique to each project requirement. This has also allowed Prent to standardize our advanced tool designs for faster set-ups and modifications. This avails our customers of the latest technological advantages, and maintains Prent on the industry's leading edge.
