In the pictured double-sterile package, the CSR wrap becomes part of the tray. Prent RF welds the CSR wrap to the flange of the inner tray so the tray will not slide off the wrap during a procedure. The wrap is folded over the instruments creating a sterile field for the product before the outer tray is sealed. This new design reduces the need for both trays needing Tyvek lidding to just the outer tray requiring Tyvek lidding. This tray was also the winner of the 2002 SPE Roll Fed Parts Competiton.
