PRENT CAPABILITIES

The ability to pressureform trays and parts up to 60" long has now been added to Prent's capabilities. These parts, which are in-line formed and cut, can be made from a variety of thermoplastics, including HIPS, PVC, Polycarbonate, and PETG. This capacity, added to our existing high-quality and technically-advanced tooling and processing, gives our customers an even wider range of service to choose from. Prent offers complete development service, from concept to CAD, highly accurate, all-metal CNC tooling, made in-house, CIM processing, including real-time SPC, and high quality, precision parts, delivered on time.
