Qualifications: Prent Corporation has an opportunity for a quality minded individual. Primary responsibilities: Assuring high quality standards while managing the daily scheduling/activities of the mini-shift personnel. Duties include training mini-shift employees, communication with various departments & employees, problem solving and maintaining records. Qualified candidates should possess, a high school diploma, proven leadership/decision-making abilities, good communication skills, keyboarding (30 WPM), Basic knowledge of Excel and Word, excellent organizational skills, and be very proficient in math. SPC experience a plus. Ability and willingness to accept change frequently. Work well with limited supervision.
