Custom Tool Build Facility
After designs are approved, Prent tool design engineers, CNC programmers and machinists begin the process of fabricating aluminum thermoform tools. With numerous matched CNC machines, Prent has one of the largest in-house tool centers in the industry, fabricating aluminum thermoform tools to accurately fit the highest tolerances. Upon completion, precision thermoform tools are set up on production formers and pilot parts are provided for customer approval.
