Prent’s college recruiting program is designed to help us recruit and hire undergraduate and graduate students for regular employment as well as for internships and COOP assignments. Students hired through our college recruitment program are placed in the following areas of our business:

We actively recruit students who:
- Have achieved an overall and major GPA of 3.0 or better
- Demonstrate maturity, self-confidence, initiative and leadership
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have obtained a strong working knowledge of job-related computer skills including CAD/CAM technology (SolidWorks is preferred), Microsoft Project and Excel
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that allow them to build solid working relationships with co-workers and team members
